Philip Bellamy received his B.S in Integrated Environmental Science at Bethune – Cookman University, where he also entered into the graduate program to earn his M.S. in Environmental Science. Throughout the course of his college career Philip participated in coastal research projects while gaining experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). His research topic is "A GIS Tool for Determining the Potential Runoff Coefficient and Runoff Depth for the Indian River Lagoon, FL".
