Emily Chui is a NOAA CCME Undergraduate/Graduate Scholar completing a B.S. in Environmental Science, Technology, and Policy (Degree and Major) at California State University, Monterey Bay. Emily is currently conducting research in the area of mussel population dynamics under the supervision of Dr. Alison Haupt. Over the course of 10 weeks, Emily completed an SSIO internship at the NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center in Seattle under the supervision of Dr. Jameal Samhouri working on projects related to juvenile salmon population ecology and sugar kelp community ecology.
