Terrius Bruce is a NOAA CCME Undergraduate Scholar completing a B.S. in Environmental Studies at Florida A&M University under the supervision of Dr. Richard Long and is interested in pursuing a career in Environmental Sustainability. He participated in a study abroad in Costa Rica, sponsored by LSAMP under NSF, conducting field research on stream macroinvertebrates as indicators in response to changes in pH in tropical streams. This study was conducted at La Selva Biological Station in Puerto Viejo, Sarapiqui, Costa Rica from June through August of 2018.
